These terms cover your use of Glucoray (thaliscan.glucoray.com), run by Gheware UniGPS Solutions LLP, India ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Glucoray estimates the dishes, portions, carbohydrates and glycemic load of a meal from a photo, using published nutrition tables. You confirm or correct every dish before a meal is saved. Dietitians and clinics can, with your consent, view the meals you share with them.
Glucoray gives estimates. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and never gives insulin or medication dosing advice. Talk to your doctor or dietitian before changing your diet or treatment.
Prices are in Indian rupees (US dollars where shown). Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and never renew automatically. Rupee payments go through Cashfree Payments and US-dollar payments through PayPal; we never see your card, UPI or PayPal details. Discount codes, when offered, are applied at checkout and can't be exchanged for cash.
Your meals and health details stay yours. How we collect, use and protect them is in the privacy policy. You can download or delete everything from Settings.
We work to keep Glucoray available and accurate, but recognition and nutrition values are estimates and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Glucoray and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll show a notice in the app before the change applies. Questions: [email protected].
