Use Glucoray in Claude or ChatGPT

Send your assistant a photo of your plate and ask “log this in Glucoray”. It names the dishes; Glucoray gives the carbs from Indian food tables, rates the meal against your own target, and saves it once you say yes.

Glucoray is a remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol), so you add it to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector with the URL below.

Connecting shares your meals and carb target with the assistant's company, and their privacy terms apply. Photos stay with your assistant: Glucoray never receives them. Disconnect any time in Settings → Connected assistants. Privacy
